These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Triggerhappy, including website design and development, custom songs, and radio jingles. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided in NZD and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary depending on project scope, revisions, and additional features requested after the project has commenced.
Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery or website launch. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Project Scope
The agreed scope of work will be outlined before the project begins. Any additional work outside this scope may be quoted and charged separately.
Revisions
Website and audio projects include a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content (text, images, logos, information) in a timely manner. Delays in supplying content may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Websites
Full ownership of the final website design transfers to the client once full payment has been received. Triggerhappy reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Custom Songs & Jingles
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the agreed purpose. Triggerhappy retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and additional work completed may be invoiced accordingly.
Liability
Triggerhappy is not liable for any loss, damages, or business interruption resulting from website downtime, third-party hosting issues, or misuse of delivered content.
SEO & Performance
While we implement SEO best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.
Hosting & Maintenance
Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing hosting, maintenance, and updates are not included in the initial build price.
Changes to Terms
Triggerhappy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
